First Snow

The very first snow of the season began falling early yesterday afternoon and continued off and on throughout the day and night. ( I snapped this quick picture of the Angel, right before the batteries in my digital camera died.)
I always love how beautiful the city looks right after the snow, with a blanket of white covering all the many turrets, towers and gingerbread of our wonderful Victorian painted ladies. |
